Ciara Brady

Ciara recently graduated from University College Dublin (UCD) with a first-class honours degree in Physiotherapy. During her time studying in UCD, Ciara gained experience in many specialist areas of musculoskeletal physiotherapy including women’s health, prosthetic rehabilitation, fracture rehabilitation and health and exercise promotion.

Ciara believes in a patient-centred and individualised approach to physiotherapy and supports each individual patient to achieve their own personal goals. Guided by these principles and evidence-based practice, Ciara helps patient’s to address the root causes of their problem, address factors inhibiting recovery and develop the tools to the prevent the problem reoccurring in the long-term. Having an innate love for sport and a competitive edge, Ciara loves pushing herself in training and being active.

She grew up playing Gaelic football and running cross country in her home county of Meath.

In recent years she dabbles in triathlon and enjoys the challenge of training and developing across the three disciplines. Whether it’s a hard track session or just a Sunday spin, Ciara will be first out the door ready to go!
