Carolina Pacheco

PILATES PHYSIO
Carolina Pacheco graduated from The Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas, Brazil in 2001 with a BSc. Degree in Physiotherapy . She went on to gain a post-graduate qualification in Rolfing Therapy and subsequently qualified as a Pilates Instructor. Since arriving in Ireland in 2008 she has gone on to gain additional experience in Stott Pilates and with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

Carolina has been delivering Pilates classes for CityPhysio since 2018 and is constantly developing new exercises and strategies for clients to maximise their potential. Her passion for Pilates extends beyond work and Carolina can often be found on the Pilates mat at home, indulging her other passion of reading.
